A wedding day coordinator (also called a day-of coordinator) steps in to manage the logistics of your wedding day so you don't have to. We take over all vendor communication, build and distribute your timeline, run your rehearsal, and keep everything on track from the moment you wake up until the last dance. You plan the wedding — We make sure it actually happens the way you planned it.

A full-service planner is involved from the very beginning — helping you choose vendors, negotiate contracts, and build your vision from scratch. A day-of coordinator comes in once you've done that work and focuses entirely on execution. If you've already booked your vendors and have a vision, but want someone you trust to run the show on the day itself, that's exactly what we do.

Venue coordinators are wonderful — but their job is to manage the venue, not your wedding. They make sure the tables are set and the catering runs smoothly. They are not responsible for keeping your photographer on schedule, cuing your DJ, or handling a last-minute vendor issue. We work for you, not the venue, and we're focused on your entire day from start to finish.

Once you book, we're available to you by email and phone for questions as they come up. About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we shift into active planning mode — We reach out to all of your vendors, build your detailed timeline, and schedule your rehearsal.

Yes — rehearsal coordination is included in the Wedding Day Management package. We'll run your rehearsal, make sure your wedding party knows exactly where to stand and when to walk, and answer any last-minute questions so everyone feels confident going into the day

We're with you for up to 10 hours on your wedding day. That typically covers getting-ready time through the end of dinner and the first portion of dancing. If your event runs longer, we can discuss extended coverage as an add-on

We come prepared with an emergency kit and years of experience problem-solving in real time.

We're based in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, and I love working with couples all across the state — from Southern Minnesota to the Twin Cities metro, North Shore, the lakes region, and everywhere in between. I also travel beyond Minnesota upon request. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a reasonable driving distance; we'll discuss that during your consultation.

Absolutely. Barns, backyards, lakesides, state parks, breweries, art galleries, ETC. Non-traditional venues often require more logistical planning, which is exactly where having a coordinator makes the biggest difference.

We take on a limited number of weddings each year to make sure every couple gets my full attention. Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak summer and fall dates. If your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — We'll let you know if we're available.

The Wedding Day Management package is $1,700. That covers everything from vendor coordination and timeline building to rehearsal and a full day of on-site coordination. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons — just one clear price for everything you need.
